'SOMEBODY KNOWS SOMETHING': Grieving family of London, Ont. teen shot at party pleads for answers | Toronto Sun
''The family of a London teenager shot to death at a weekend party near Lambeth is pleading for help from anyone who knows anything about how the star student and athlete was killed.''
“We want your help,” Claudia Silva, the young man’s mother, told The London Free Press. “Somebody knows something.”
''An Ontario Scholar in high school, Josue Silva had just finished his first year of business studies at Western. He had spent the summer working two jobs, often six or seven days a week, in the construction industry and at Party City, where he’d been the employee of the month, his family said.
“He was an amazing human,” his grieving mother said.
“He was a loving, caring son, brother, friend. He was brilliant at school — he had honours every single year at high school,” she said, showing off dozens of her son’s awards and medals, including French and athlete-of-the-year awards.
“He had so many dreams; he had so many plans and he worked so hard every day to get there,” she said.''
