Judy was last seen by a friend on October 7th, 1997, in Edmonton, Alberta. They were at their shared residence on Cameron Avenue sitting near the North Saskatchewan River when Judy reportedly "took off" toward the river. Her roommate heard Judy calling from the river and when she went to help, Judy was nowhere to be seen. She has never been located.
