Leroy was 33 years old when he was last seen traveling north by bicycle on a residential street in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on August 30th, 2018. He is known to hitchhike and travel out of Prince Albert. Family hasn't heard from him, he did not pick up his welfare check, nor logged into Facebook since this date and Leroy remains missing.

Description: Leroy was 5'8 and 145 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has a small scar on his left cheek just above his mouth. He was last seen wearing a white or grey sweater (possibly with a zipper) and black, baggy wind pants.
