Officers are asking for your help in locating missing 36-year-old man Lloyd Takana who failed to return to a cruise ship just before midnight on June 2nd, 2018.
Lloyd is described as a 36-year-old Black man with a slim build who stands approximately five feet, ten inches tall. Lloyd has a shaved head and was recently seen wearing a pair of modern flat sunglasses and a heavy silver neck chain. However, there is no precise information available for what he was wearing when he departed the ship. A recent photograph of Lloyd is below.
Lloyd was granted a shore pass and departed from the cruise ship the Norwegian Pearl on June 2nd, 2018. He may have been in the downtown Victoria area that night. Officers were called when his failure to return to the ship was noted by staff.
