A Toronto man has been arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted an elderly man while posing as a health support worker.

''A Toronto man has been arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted an elderly man while posing as a health support worker.
A release issued by the Toronto Police Service (TPS) Wednesday said the incident happened on Sept. 23 in North York, near Finch Avenue East and Leslie Street.
Investigators allege the man purported to be a health support worker and visited a care residence in the area. Once inside, police say the man sexually assaulted an 87-year-old male resident.
On Tuesday, TPS arrested 25-year-old Rafi Oubouchaian, of Toronto, and charged him with one count of sexual assault.
The charge has not been proven in court. Oubouchaian made a first court appearance on Tuesday in Toronto.

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:

• on Friday, September 23, 2022, a man posing as a health support worker visited a residence of an 87-year-old man in the Finch Avenue East and Leslie Avenue area
• once inside the residence, the man sexually assaulted the elderly man

On Tuesday, February 14, 2023, Rafi Oubouchaian, 25, of Toronto, was arrested. He has been charged with:

1. Sexual Assault

He appeared in court on Tuesday. February 14, 2023, at 2 p.m., at Toronto North Court, located at 1000 Finch Avenue West, room 306.
Investigators believe there may be other victims.
