A small child has a crowd of concerned bystanders to thank after she narrowly escaped an alleged attempted abduction on Wednesday.

Joseph Troisi (pictured), 53, has been charged with:
Troisi appeared in front of a judge on Thursday and will be held pending a bail hearing. He will next appear in court on December 22.
Police believe there may be other victims.
