Police are looking for a man who they say sexually assaulted a woman by licking her foot, before stealing her boot and sock – a day after he allegedly stole another woman’s shoe.

"The individual being sought is described as approximately 30 years old, about five feet eight inches tall with a medium build, 170 pounds and sporting short reddish-brown hair and a neatly cropped beard.

Yeah, this is really scary. He no longer finds thrills in what would once do it. Now it's the risk and the rush and soon this won't be enough, either. Intervention of some sort with these people is needed but all they do is support each other in their online communities etc..

Arrest made!

On Thursday, police said that Mattieu Petrin, 28, had been arrested. He faces four sexual assault charges and one charge of sexual interference with a person under the age of 16, three counts of theft under $5,000 and one count of robbery.
