BBM. Very odd situation. Marianna has been missing since sometime in 2019, and it's taken 2-3 years to report her missing? Can that 2019 'missing' date be accurate?

Wondering if her family is in another country and did not realize she was missing, imo.

Good point, but unknown at this time. We don't know much/anything about her background so far.

If these dates are correct (last contact sometime in 2019, reported missing on 3/13/22) then it brings up the question of how close Marianna is to her family. The OP says her family is concerned for her safety, however it's taken several years for them to report her missing. Interesting...

Google maps shows that the area is an intersection surrounded by houses, with a bus stop. I wonder if that was the area they were last aware she was living, or if they think she got on a bus. Weird that no friends or employer or anyone else reported her missing for two+ years.

Yes, I agree, it's very strange family members, employers (if any), and friends didn't report her missing before now.

In looking at the map there are many homes in that area, a very densely populated area no doubt. I see the bus stop there as well.
Marianna Georgakakis, 47, was last known to be residing in the Martin Grove Road Drive and Rathburn Road area.
The OP indicates she was living in this area around the time of her disappearance, so she likely knew the area well. It's certainly possible she could have taken a bus and gone elsewhere, but given the population in this area there are likely other scenarios as well. There is a park with a river nearby, but there's no indication at this time that either of those could be involved in her disappearance.

Did she have any bank or debit/credit card activity in the last few years? Did she have a phone? If so did LE check those records? Did she own a vehicle? If so, has it been seen since she disappeared?

Getting at least some of Marianna's background and her relationship status would be helpful in her case.
