Circumstances of Disappearance:
Chalette disappeared from the Joliette area of Québec on January 22, 1971. She was last seen at approximately 12:30 p.m. when she went out for a walk and has never been seen since. At the time of her disappearance, Chalette was placed in foster care by the CHRDL Hospital (Centre hospitalier régional de Lanaudière) in Saint-Charles-Borromée, Québec.
