"The individual is described as a white male with blue eyes, approximately 50-to-60 years of age, five-feet-eight inches tall with a medium build.

He has grey and brown shaggy hair and a similar coloured moustache.

Anyone who can help identify the body is asked to call Niagara Regional Police."

"At about 10:23 a.m., the United States Coast Guard responded to a report of a body floating by the mouth of the Niagara River, near the international boundary. It was ultimately recovered by the Niagara Regional Police Marine Unit.
