Investigators with the York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking public assistance in locating a missing 45-year-old man from the City of Richmond Hill.

Roman PERELSTEIN was reported missing by his family on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. He was last seen approximately three weeks ago in the area of Bathurst Street and Orchard Heights Boulevard in the Town of Aurora.

Friends and family have not been able to contact him. This is reportedly out of character.

Investigators are seeking public assistance to locate him and allow us to confirm his well-being.

Anyone with information are asked to contact police.

• 6’2, 220 lbs.
• Fair complexion
• Medium build
• Brown-and-grey short hair
• Brown-and-grey goatee
• Brown eyes

It would be nice to know that or any other information related to Roman's disappearance. I can't find any updates or follow-up reports that give any more details than we see above. Richmond Hill and Aurora are about 20 mins driving distance from one another. Does Roman work in Aurora or was he visiting someone or some place in the area? I hope more info is released soon. MOO
