Jury verdict: Parsons killed Seesink girl By Peter Bakogeorge Citlitn staff writer An Ontario Supreme Court jury deliberated hours Wednesday before convicting Claude Parsons of the brutal murder last fall of 10-year-old Patricia Seesink. Ruling brings 10-day trial to a close The verdict ended a 10-day trial during which the Crown presented evidence that Parsons abducted the girl from her schoolyard Sept. 26 and took her to an abandoned barn where she was sexually abused and shot four times with a .410 shotgun. Parsons, who turned 31 during the trial, expressed no emotion as the jury foreman announced the verdict
