''WINDSOR, ONT. -- The Windsor police major crime unit is asking for the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Police say 25-year-old Windsor man Oyebode Oyenuga was last seen on Tuesday, Feb. 2 in Windsor driving a 2015 white BMW, license plate CRNW931.

Oyenuga is described as dark skinned Black, between 5'11" to 6'0", about 260 lbs. with a stocky build.

The major crime unit is actively investigating and police say they are concerned for his safety.

Homicide investigation underway after Windsor man’s body found on Walpole Island

Ontario Provincial Police have identified the human remains that were located on Walpole Island in March as a Windsor man who was reported missing in February.

OPP said they have also determined that the man’s death was the result of a homicide. The remains were found on Walpole Island on March 17, 2021.

Police have identified the deceased as 25-year-old Oyebode Oyenuga of Windsor, adding that he was reported missing to the Windsor Police Service in February 2021.

''An ongoing investigation is being conducted by members of the Lambton County OPP Crime Unit, with assistance from the Windsor Police Major Crime Unit, Office of the Chief Coroner, Ontario Forensic Pathology Service and the Walpole Island Police Service, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.

Two men charged with murder in death of Windsor man: OPP
''WINDSOR, Ont. -- Two men are facing murder charges in the death of a Windsor, Ont., man first discovered earlier this year.''
Provincial police say a 31-year-old man from Windsor and a 40-year-old Toronto man are now both facing one count of first-degree murder.

''The accused are being held in custody and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.''
