Circumstances of Disappearance:
Riopel was reported missing in August 2010 by family members who had not seen or heard from him since December of 2008. It was later established that he had been in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan at a health care facility in October 2009. Investigators now believe the last confirmed sighting of him was at a shopping mall in downtown Saskatoon in September of 2010. Few details are available regarding Riopel's disappearance and his whereabouts remain unknown.
