Halton police are investigating after a body was found on the grounds of Royal Ontario Golf Club in Milton.
Const. Ryan Anderson told reporters at the scene that it’s unclear exactly where the body came from or how long it’s been in the water.
“I can tell you that there looks to be some signs of exposure to the elements,” Anderson said.
The body has not yet been removed from the creek and Anderson said Halton police’s marine unit, along with Peel police’s marine unit and dive team, will be attending the scene.''
