The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.

Scott Blair, 58, was last seen approximately three weeks ago in the area of Bathurst Street and St Clair Avenue West.

He is described as 5’6”, 154 lbs., with grey hair, and a grey beard. He is also is known to frequent the Vaughan Road and St Clair Avenue area.

it's been a week since appeal by TPS.
The weather in Toronto is not getting better.
