''Hazel Harris doesn’t need to know the details of Seth Deschambault’s disappearance. She just wants to know where he is.

Harris is Deschambault’s biological aunt, but raised him since he was three months old in Cumberland House Cree Nation.

Harris said it’s rumoured that one person in particular potentially killed Deschambault. However, she said, there was likely a large group of friends that know what happened and helped cover it up.''

'No one's talking': Aunts of missing Sask. teen want anyone with information to come forward

“It’s hard because we’re up north, to get that kind of support. We went and had a walk in P.A., we had a vigil, we had a walk in our community,” she added.
“I don’t know what you have to do to get more awareness or more support in order for us to bring him home.”
Seth was in Prince Albert with two cousins, having left for the city from Cumberland House Cree Nation, she said.

The family has been told he left with some “friends,” but she doesn’t believe they were friends — just people he may have known through his cousins, she added.

His aunt Hazel Harris, Loretta’s sister, said Seth was assaulted a week before his disappearance, sustaining a stab wound and a broken leg.''

''She told him to be safe and that she loved him. She went to sleep, and when she woke up after midnight, she saw her Snapchat app was open and there was a photo of Seth with some people who were not his friends, but are known to his cousins, she said.''

Police have described him as 5′ 3″ tall, weighing 120 pounds, with light brown hair and green eyes.

Seth was 18 years old when he was last seen alive in the Cumberland House area of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on May 29th, 2022. In the days following the community saw itself at the center of a standoff between five men and RCMP that ended on June 2nd with one of the 5 men dying. 3 of the other men ended up with charges. It's unclear if Seth's disappearance is related to the standoff but his disappearance is officially considered a homicide and family believes he met with foul play
