She was last seen wearing a black winter jacket, black pants, black sweater with brown pattern on the front and a light blue winter toque.''

''Toronto police are concerned for the safety of a missing 38-year-old woman.

''Terry Ann Ball was last seen on Friday, Jan. 28, at 4:10 a.m., in Scarborough’s L’Amoreaux area, near Birchmount Road and Finch Avenue East.

She is described as four feet nine inches tall and weighing 230 pounds, with a heavy build, brown eyes and short black hair.

Ball was last seen wearing a black winter jacket, black pants, a black sweater with a brown pattern on the front and a light blue winter tuque.

Toronto police do not have a photo of this missing person available.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-4200, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-8477 (TIPS) or online at 222tips.com.

Toronto police are reminding the public that a person can be reported missing at any time, noting that there is no mandatory 24-hour waiting period.

“If you are concerned for someone’s immediate safety, call 911. Otherwise, you can report a person as missing to the Toronto Police Service by calling the non-emergency number, 416-808-2222,” they said in a news release.''
