Circumstances of Disappearance:
Haskins has been missing from Lynn Lake, Manitoba since April 6, 1982. She has never been heard from again. A volunteer with Meals on Wheels contacted police on April 7 and reported that despite numerous attempts, they were unable to contact Haskins. Authorities went to her residence and found nothing suspicious but she was nowhere to be found. None of Haskins' friends had seen her, and she had not frequented any local businesses.

Despite ground searches conducted of the area and on the walking trails that Haskins frequented, she was never located. Few details are available regarding her disappearance and her whereabouts remain unknown.

Did this lady have a mental disability? I have the impression that she escaped from her through her means and maybe she was kidnapped by someone passing by or fell into some river or lake...
