Marsden was last seen at a bush party near Summit Lake, north of the City of Prince George, on July 7, 1984. His friends told authorities that he left the party after fighting with his brother and was trying to hitchhike home. Authorities do not believe that he ran away as he had never done so before, and he had no money in his possession. Marsden has never been seen again and his whereabouts remain unknown.
