The Toronto Police Service Fugitive Squad is requesting the public's assistance locating a wanted man.

Maurice Dayard, 20, is wanted on a Canada-wide immigration warrant issued by Canada Border Services Agency for being a danger to the public and unlikely to appear for a minister’s hearing.

He is also wanted in Philadelphia, PA, for Break and Enter, Sexual Assault, and Rape.

He is described as 5'9", 150 lbs., with a thin build, and short hair.

He was last seen on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 9:45 a.m., in the Fieldgate Drive and Ormond Drive area of Oshawa.''

He is believed to be violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach and call 9-1-1.

Philadelphia Police Searching For Maurice Dayard For Allegedly Raping Woman Multiple Times During Home Invasion
''PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police need your help finding 19-year-old Maurice Dayard. Investigators identified him as the suspect in the rape of a woman inside her West Philadelphia apartment on April 21.''



''It happened on the 400 block of South 45th Street.

Investigators say Dayard was armed with a knife and assaulted the victim multiple times over a three-hour period before leaving through a basement window.''
