The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man located in the East Mall/Dundas Street West area.

On Tuesday, September 13, 2011, citizens located a disoriented man in the East Mall/Dundas Street West area. He is in good health but is non−verbal.

He is described as white, with a fair complexion, in his late teens to early twenties. He is 6’8” to 6’10”, approximately 250−280 lbs., with red hair and blue eyes.

He was wearing navy−blue track pants, a blue T−shirt, black socks and white running shoes.
