Thank you very much for posting this! There's an Irishwolfhound that has been lost in Mississippi since July 4th. The rescuers have tried just about everything to capture him, except something like this. I forwarded a link to your article to one of the folks involved in the search. Hopefully, they will contact Dog Gone Detectives and they will be able to help bring the big fella home. Thanks again!

Nice article. So many animals are scared witless on July 4th and New Years. I wish folks would stop doing fireworks sometimes. I admit I think the fireworks are very pretty and it is fun, but the air pollution and animal stress seem to outweigh that beauty sometimes.
