Angel I am closing this because we all know that the prosecution has the option to change their position and seek the death penalty.This has been discussed in the death penalty threads. This is not new information and you can bump the thread on the dp for discussion.
Now if the prosecution makes a statement that they will seek the death penalty, then we got us a new thread!
