Quick, I really don't want to debate this cause I know nothing of the laws in Florida just what I heard the lawyers say that were on ng and the cute one that is letting his hair grow said dj doesn't count in the charges. and he is a lawyer in florida .. jmo

I thought I heard some debate about it too and differing opinions...and I know nothing of Florida law either, so didn't pay too much attention to the debate, but if the talking heads were right, it seemed to me that it was live issue, with perhaps no decision precisely on point to determine it. IMOO
