They just said on Jane Valez Mitchell and Nancy Grace that announcment/press conference is going to made any minute saying the remains are that of Caylee.

While I wish it were true, I doubt it will be tonight. I think this is just a way to get viewers. It was reported earlier that OCSO was contacted this afternoon and they stated that there would not be any release today.

I don't think it's very diplomatic to be "dissing" Nancy Grace. She's stuck with this case LONG after other media outlets let it burn out. (just my two cents)

For all we know, an inside source at OSCO might have leaked that the presser would be today, only to have it pushed back until tomorrow. It's up to Brass when this whole thing will go down, and they may have last minute red tape to cross.
