Endangered Missing from Tampa, Florida since June 6, 1986

Age: 12 -- Height: 5'2" -- Weight: 125 lbs -- Hair Color: Black -- Eye Color: Brown

Cesar has a scar on his left elbow.


Cesar was last seen in Tampa, Florida on June 6, 1986. He was picked up by police and taken to a runaway shelter while they tried to verify his identity. He disappeared from the shelter and has never been heard from again. Authorities were never able to confirm his name or age.
