Chantal's ears are pierced multiple times. She has a scar between her shoulder blades, a scar on her left forearm, and a chicken pox scar on her face. She has a tattoo of the word "sneek" in black ink on the left side of her neck.
Chantal was last seen in St. Petersburg, Florida on June 25, 2005. She was living with her boyfriend and working as a dancer at a club at the time. She was scheduled to take a train to Massachusetts to visit her mother on June 26, but never arrived. Her boyfriend reportedly left the area shortly after Chantal disappeared.
