Chemical Castration on Sex Offenders

Wasn't there recently a man in the US who offered to be castrated in exchange for a plea? I think we have a thread. I wonder how that turned out.

Does anyone know if the civil commitment facilities use chemical castration? Because if they do, it's not working so well. The men at several have been caught, time and again, downloading child while they're supposed to be working on job skills on the computer.

I do not believe that chemical castration is used in the US. At least not widely.

Francis Tullier, 78, of Louisiana underwent surgical castration, at his own expense, to shorten his sentence for molesting three girls. I'm assuming he's been released. Our thread:

Put them in an old barn full of dry hay with a vice attached to an unmovable table
and their genitiles securely locked in the vice.

Light the barn on fire and give them a rusty old hacksaw and let them castrate
themselves
