He should be charged with "consumption of government property":floorlaugh:

A man arrested on charges of drunk driving is also accused of trying to eat part of the patrol car taking him to jail.

Rick Frederick, 22, of Sheridan, Ill., was arrested by Lasalle County deputies on Saturday.

They say Frederick started gnawing on the molding around the door of the car.

He’s charged with criminal damage to government property as well as DUI and resisting arrest.
