My ducks would claim the nesting boxes and if the chickens lay elsewhere they would roll the eggs over to them and sit on them, too! Annoyingly the silly ducks would collect too many eggs and they would get broken. Trying to get a very clucky duck off a pile of eggs was not something I enjoy doing!

It is adorable. I love them. I leave a cut apple out every night for my local possums. My cats, watching safely from inside my lounge room window, aren’t too impressed though.
