Real police in China have just busted a man who has been running a fake police station from his apartment for at least two years. The man, 'Detective Lei' made a realistic-looking office complete with cuffs, uniforms and paperwork in Wuhan, Hubei Province, and made a living selling counterfeit security documents.
Even his 'police' car complete with siren didn't alert real police to what was going on. He has only been caught because his girlfriend complained to real police when she tried to break up with him and he threatened to release a sex tape of her on the Internet. He'd also been tracking her every move via GPS.
