It's interesting that her death was not looked into as much as it probably should have been. I think they should find the boyfriend, if possible, and get his version of events. I would imagine they could have gotten his name from one of her phones. It would have been useful to talk to him even to possibly more conclusively say her death was a suicide, for example him saying she was upset they broke up.
There's more cases like this, unfortunately, but this one got into the news because she was in the news recently about an unrelated story. Even just investigating it as a suicide, or accidental death, they should have talked to anyone they could, but the police were unaware of the fact that guy was with her around the time she died, as the neighbors weren't talked to and when the landlady's sister heard the neighbor's story and contacted the police, the info didn't get passed along apparently. And "Suicide" got put on the death certificate when her death could have been accidental-even in the police's opinion. They should try to find the boyfriend, IMO.
This woman's story would likely never have been heard of again, accept that she got into the news for an unrelated reason after her death. But there's many people who don't, who may have been murdered, and the death certificate says something else, very often forever.. Neighbors insist Christine Revels-Glick did not kill herself
