Cindy was last seen leaving work at 9:40 pm on January 20, 1970. She was accompanied by an unknown Caucasian male, age 30-40, driving a light colored vehicle. He was apparently assisting Cindy in changing her tire. Cindy never made it home from work and has never been seen again.
The next day, her father drove to her work and found her car up on the jack with the flat tire still attached. The spare was on the ground nearby. Her flat tire had been punctured with a sharp instrument.
