LONDON - Police plan to meet with Claudia Schiffer to discuss complaints that her dogs are intimidating walkers near her country mansion.

Police said Friday they hope the talks will solve problems around the supermodel's home near Bury St. Edmunds, a rural town northeast of London.

Locals walking on a footpath that runs alongside the estate have complained about Schiffer's dogs "running wild," said a spokeswoman for police in the county of Suffolk.

I saw this article earlier. Let's hope she's a good neighbor and is responsive to the complaints. An arrogant dog owner is not a good thing and there are lots of them out there!

This to me is a catch 22.
The dogs are behind a fence, right?
I would put an electric fence next to the fence, put the collars on the dogs.
Then she would know for sure they won't leave the yard.

I bet she has them for protection, I'd do the same thing...

The Impression I got when I read the article was that the dogs were behind the fence but that neighbors found them harrassing because I guess they bark when people go by...

Which is ummm DUH! what dogs do!!
If its that annoying take a different route. Unless the dogs are off the property I don't see what the problem is.

If that is true then it's inexcusable.
So were they off the grounds or not?
Some reports say yes and some no....

Well, I've read that the dog(s) attacked a Jack Russell Terrier and that the home is on the postal service's dangerous list.

My dogs should be on that list also. If someone gets near, they might be licked to death! ;)
