I can't get this video to load, but it's entitled "kidnapped mother alive?" and it's in the section of "watch free video" on the right hand side of the cnn.com screen.

I can't get it either. However, it is not Latoyia. The caption indicates that it is a woman who has been kidnapped and has a son.

Wow, so I looked her up and she's Japanese and was abducted, along with many others, in North Korea before 1987.
