Law enforcement agencies and the sheriff’s posse are looking for a missing, at-risk adult who was last seen the evening of Wednesday, Aug. 31.

Aleia Masterson, 21, was last seen walking south near the 300 block of South Townsend Avenue and South Third Street at about 6:30 p.m.. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and black shorts. Masterson has shoulder-length brown hair, stands 5-feet-2 and weighs 90 pounds.

The Montrose Police Department, Montrose County Sheriff’s Office and its posse, with the Colorado State Patrol, all deployed to search for Masterson.

UPDATE: Aleia Masterson was found safe early Thursday, Sept. 1, when a passerby spotted her walking on East Main Street, police said. She appeared to be unharmed.
