NAMUS says: "Casey is originally from Texas but was last seen in Colorado Springs, CO during the first week of August 2021. Casey told family she was trying to get a bus ticket back home but she has not been heard from since."

I checked out her FB page, and she was trying to get to Fort Worth, Texas, to see her dad, Jerry Fincher, who was in ICU and she didn't think he had much time left. She'd posted a fundraiser for bus ticket but there were no donations. Her son Anthony Fincher posted on there to see if anyone had heard from Casey, as she hadn't been in touch.

Also on FB there's an old post in which she mentions she's autistic:
