MISSING: Man with cognitive disabilities

Charles Flynn, 27, ran away from his group home on Fencer Road Monday.

Authorities are concerned about his wellbeing, as he is cognitively disabled and functions at the level of a 10 or 11-year-old child. Police say he was spotted at 7-Eleven near North Carefree and Academy Monday afternoon but darted into an apartment complex before group home staff could get to him.
