He died in December, 2023. *James David Agnew (55/now 56) was arrested & charged (7/11/25) with theft [$5K-$20K], tampering with a deceased human body, abuse of a corpse & unauthorized use of a financial device. 8/15/25 Update: Preliminary hearing for Suzanne on 8/27/25 @ 1:30pm. James has arraignment hearing on case #2025CR25072 on 9/2/25 @ 9:30am. They have yet to be charged with Jim's death.
9/2/25 Update: Preliminary hearing was reset on 10/2/25 @ 10am. 10/1/25 Update: Preliminary hearing was reset on 10/24/25 @ 10am.
