Found Deceased CO - David Charles Bowling, 47, Loveland, 3 May 2016

A resident found personal items belonging to David Charles Bowling, 47, on Thursday near the intersection of South St. Louis Avenue and 14th Street Southeast in Loveland. Deputies learned Friday that Bowling was "possibly distraught, which raised concerns for his safety."

His last communication with a family member was via text message May 3. His family said it was unusual for him to stop communicating with them.

The belonging of David Charles Bowling, 47, were found May 5 near the intersection of South St. Louis Avenue and 14th Street Southeast in Loveland. Deputies learned the next day that Bowling was "possibly distraught, which raised concerns for his safety," the sheriff's office wrote in a news release. A family friend told the Coloradoan the body found Wednesday was that of Bowling.

Not confirmed by LE but a family friend.

The corner's office confirmed later Wednesday the deceased was Bowling,
