Circumstances of Disappearance:
Abeyta was last seen in Rocky Ford, Colorado on June 29, 2016. That morning he had been involved in a serious automobile accident and totaled his vehicle. Later that day, he was complaining of a bad headache and said he was going for a walk. He never returned and has never been heard from again. He left all his belongings including his cell phone behind, except for his driver's license and debit card.

At the time of his disappearance, Abeyta was a resident of Blue Springs, Missouri. He was bi-polar and was not taking his medication when he went missing. He may be suffering from confusion and/or amnesia. His whereabouts remain unknown.
