EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. - The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a bizarre hit-and-run involving a would-be Good Samaritan now under arrest for vehicular homicide.......

The CSP said another driver in the area, later identified as Jesse Plouvier, stopped, but when he refused to give them a ride, there was a physical altercation between Plouvier and the driver of the overturned vehicle......more.....

After the fight Plouvier allegedly came back and struck and killled one of the passengers.

A 21-year-old Florence man, Jesse Plouvier, accused of a fatal hit-and-run collision was sentenced Friday at the El Paso County Courthouse to four years of community corrections.

Several of Ian Saj's friends and family walked into the court room wearing shirts that had his last name printed on the back and the Buffalo Bill's logo on the front...

In August, Jesse Plouvier admitted to leaving the scene of an accident involving death, a class 3 felony. The wreck occurred in December on Colo. 115 near Glenrock Drive.
