CSPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating Jose Martinez, 20.. He is described as an Hispanic male, approximately 5’05” tall, and 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark sweatshirt, blue t-shirt, and green pants. He was last seen in the area of Hancock Av/ S. Academy Bl. at approximately 11:30 PM on 12/19/2018. He is not from Colorado Springs and not familiar with the area. The family is concerned for his well being as he is considered At-Risk.
