BBM...
After much research and thanks to @Seattle1.

I retract all statements related to the nursing license.

The Idaho BON has the most liberal policies for criminals that I've encountered.

Dan May made sure she could work again with the deal. Tampering with evidence will not affect the nursing license. MOO.. and that's why we see no charges filed against the with the Board of Nursing.

KK will reign again.

MOO...
I am surprised too! I’m from Florida and she’d never get a license renewal there again after what she did - and shouldn’t IMO.

KK has pled guilty to a felony.
She has not been sentenced yet.
She'll be sentenced at the conclusion of PF's trial, per her agreement with the DA.

DA May doesn't control the Idaho State Licensing Board.
He doesn't set their rules and guidelines for nursing licensure.
That isn't his problem, nor is it his responsibility.

We don't know that KK is going to walk.
It's very premature to say that.
She could be sentenced to up to 3 years in prison.
That's going to be up to to the judge.

DA May is making it look easy.
But make no mistake:
It ain't as easy as it looks.
This is a no-body case, and they're notoriously tricky.

DA May didn't "take the easy way out."
He made an extremely tough choice.
He chose to make the deal, because he knew that KK could make the case against PF ironclad.

The deal was a necessary means to a necessary end.

PF's end.

JMO.

^^sbm

I see no chance of SF ever losing her ranch to CB. The civil suit is against PF and he is not the owner of the franch. As far as we've been able to determine, PF leased grazing land and the only asset he ever owned were a few head of cattle that were sold at auction as soon as he went to the pokey.

I hope that money is tied up in escrow!

The Judges stated on the first day of trial.

May apparently handed out immunity, get on free jail card to all that testified.

Now I understand why the Defense was drilling down on KKs deal.

Moo...
Is there a link for this? I don't remember this being reported. Thanks
