I can't access this article - can someone please give me a 10% synopsis on it? Was it a plea deal? Any sentencing date? The Colorado court site doesn't have anything on him now....

The plea deal to 2nd degree murder includes agreement to 48 years in prison plus 5 years probation, per KVDR. Nice poster Hraefn posted the relevant part above, but I'm posting if you cannot see it.

This other article says that the sentence was already imposed by the judge after the guilty plea:
