Circumstances of Recovery - On August 27, 1988 officers from the Sheridan Police Department were notified of an unresponsive male found in the 2800 block of West Oxford Avenue, near a dumpster. Officers found a Caucasian male, Hispanic ethnicity suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The male had been deceased approximately two to three days. The male did not have any identification on his person. He was 5'7.5" and weighed between 185-190 pounds. He appeared to be 35-50 years in age. The person(s) responsible for the death of John Doe have yet to be identified. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the Sheridan Police Department.
