Just had to double-check the NamUs dashboard, because currently there's a young man who fits this description (MP103791), but he can't be a match unless reported dates are entire a week off, because he didn't go missing until May 16th.

Hmm. That or since this UID was likely around his early twenties he may have still lived with his guardian(s) and they didn’t report him missing until later. Unless something is up with the dates.

I don't know how important this is or if it will be much help but the sun tattoo is very similar to the Glo Gang record label logo. Glo Gang is a record label founded by Chicago rapper Chief Keef. Chief Keef has a huge fanbase in the Chicago area and is a big part of the hip hop culture there, maybe this UID has ties to the Chicago area? If you google image search "glo gang sun" theres a lot of different versions/rips of the original design that look even more like the tattoo

Ok! It loaded. Dytavious does look a lot like the John Doe. So much it’s unreal. Wow. I’m definitely reporting that one.
