Amber Alert issued for girl kidnapped by non-custodial parent, police say

Missing seven-year-old Zion Dominguez may be with her non-custodial mom Fanesa in a 1988 silver/grey Mercury Cougar. Fanesa Dominguez (DOB 07/05/85) was last seen wearing blue fleece pajama pants and a beige and pink camisole top. She has a heart tattoo on a finger and a beauty mark tattoo near her mouth. WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) – Wheat Ridge police say they have found the vehicle wanted in the search for a 7-year-old girl reportedly taken by her non-custodial mother, but the child and woman remain missing.
Investigators say Zion Dominguez is possibly with her non-custodial mother, Fanesa Dominguez. The two were thought to be traveling in a 1988 grey and/or silver Mercury Cougar with Colorado license plate 402-SRW. That vehicle was found at the home without the two.

The two were last seen Monday at around 10 a.m. near Harlan Street and W 38th Avenue.

Search For Missing Girl Over After 7-Year-Old Found Safe

Police say they safely located the girl on Thursday afternoon when she walked into the police station with her grandmother who has guardianship of the girl. Investigators did not release details about whether the girl’s mother was located.
