Teen Escapes from Alleged Kidnapper 12 Years After She was Abducted
Prosecutors accuse a school bus driver of kidnapping the girl in 2012, taking her out of school and sexually assaulting her.
Carlos Humberto Grisales Higuita was arrested on charges of simple kidnapping, sexual abuse with a minor under 14 years of age, sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age and pornography with a person under 18 years of age, the country’s attorney general’s office said in a press conference.
